Poster Session Information

Academic Poster Size: 36 in x 48 in (width x height, portrait)

Other information on posters:

  • No requirement to submit the digital poster ahead of the event

  • Please bring a printed copy of your poster to the conference 

  • Timeline:  Poster boards with stands will be available in the Exhibitor Hall and a volunteer will be available to hang your poster as early as Monday afternoon during Exhibitor Hall setup, or Tuesday any time ahead of the Poster Session, which is Tuesday 5:00-6:00 during the first hour of the Exhibitors Reception. Please take your poster when you go, though we would like to have the posters on display for as much of the conference as possible.

  • Student Posters will be judged and prizes for Top 3 awarded. Criteria is grouped by three topics: Poster Aesthetic Quality (15pts), Quality of Student Oral Presentation (15pts), and Scientific Quality (40pts)

Technical Session Speaker details:

    • 15 min full presentations
    • each technical session has 15 additional minutes (total) built in for transitions and Q&A 
    • Session moderator provided; presentation files submitted to session moderator in advance of conference


Lightning Talks
    • 5 min
    • no Q&A
    • Session moderator provided; presentation files submitted to session moderator in advance of conference
