Base fee:
  • This limited discount is ONLY being offered to the 2019 US Hydro Exhibitors and includes (2) registrations per booth. This offer will be available until June 1, 2022. Beginning June 1, the rate for a booth space will be as per the other Exhibitor registration options on this page.
  • Registration for additional Exhibitor Staff (Monday - Thursday)
  • This rate is offered to all Corporate members. if your membership has lapsed, you much first log in to the website to activate your corporate membership and then register for this US Hydro 2023 booth space option.

Exhibitor Options: 

  • Exhibitor Loyalty Registration $ 1,700.00, Includes two (2) registrations Per Booth (This will be available to all 2019 exhibitors from May 1 - June 1, 2022)

Exhibitor Guidelines:

Below are some exhibitor guidelines on what to expect:

  • Each exhibitor is provided with a standard clothed and skirted six-foot table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket within a 10x10 booth space.
  • Your Exhibit table payment includes TWO registration passes to staff the table.
  • Pull-Up banners are allowed. You are welcome to place anything you wish ON your six-foot table as long as it does not interfere with your neighboring exhibitor in height or width. NOTHING is to be placed in front of or to the side of your table such as literature racks etc.
  • Please bring your own table cover (some bring a company logo table cover)
  • Electricity is NOT included. If you wish to order an electrical outlet at your booth space, stand by for the link and please plan to bring a power cord for your laptops/monitors etc.
  • There is no "wall space" for banners to be fixed or hung on the wall behind your table.
  • 2x Chairs WILL BE provided to each booth space. There should be room behind each table for 1-2 attendees to stand/sit and greet visitors. There is some room under each table for storing your materials and a few boxes.
  • Carpet will NOT be provided in the exhibit hall however you can choose to bring your own OR we are working with a rental company for further options.
  • Shipping details to ship your exhibit materials to the Mobile Convention Center to follow.

AFTER JUNE 1ST the following Exhibitor rates will apply:

  • Exhibitor Registration THSOA Corporate Member $1,800.00 Includes two (2) registrations Per Booth 
  • Exhibitor Registration Non THSOA Corporate Member $1,950.00 Includes two (2) registrations Per Booth 
  • Additional Exhibitor Full Conference Member THSOA $490.00 (Monday-Thursday)
  • Additional Exhibitor Full Conference Non-Member THSOA $490.00 (Monday-Thursday)

Silent Auction

We are asking every participating Exhibitor to bring something (non-company promo items) to donate to our silent auction taking place at the conference. Please let us know what you plan on bringing. All proceeds will go towards annual scholarships for each of the THSOA Chapters.
