Role: Personnel Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA
Reports to: Regional Manager
Working as part of the Operations team, as an Operations Coordinator you will work closely with the Client Manager assisting them with their clients staffing requirements as well as completing all relevant paperwork as required.
- Working closely with the Client Managers to help to source the best possible freelance personnel to fulfil their clients’ requirements.
- Keep our data base up to date with the relevant information
- Filling out contracts and sending them to the relevant contractors once they have been agreed, ensuring these are signed and filed and distributed to the relevant parties
- Assist with travel arrangements and other ad hoc bookings
- Building relationships with individuals in the freelance community
- Attending industry events where required to network with new and existing clients and contractors
- Must be organized and a good communicator
- Previous experience in recruitment desirable
- Able to work off own initiative
